Although we do not recommend, you are able to withdraw money you individually invested after 6 months of holding. To withdraw, please contact a Founding Member. You will be sent information to begin your withdrawal. Please understand that withdrawing all of your assets will immediately deactivate your membership, and it will subject you to income taxes for the year of your withdrawal.

Raines Park, LLC invites like-minded individuals who have a passion for building Black transformative generational wealth across the Diaspora. You will do well as a Raines Park Member if you can and are willing to: 1. Invest into the platform on a regular, monthly basis 2. Regularly research and inform platform Members on current investment opportunities 3. Be readily available by email, text, and phone as to participate in Member voting 4. Passionate about Black advancement and are a true ally to the Black community 5. Provide a specific skill set that will help advance the platform and the Black community 6. Engage in investments, education, discussion, events, and travel with platform Members 7. Represent the platform in a good light at all times 8. Handle your responsibilities to the platform professionally and in a timely manner 9. Build Black equity by investing with the platform for the long term 10. Uphold and abide by the terms in the Raines Park, LLC Member agreement

As a Raines Park Member, you will be required to read, understand, and agree to the terms in the Member Agreement: All Raines Park Members shall participate in ongoing activities by 1. contributing ideas and information about lucrative operations and investment opportunities; 2. paying the initial joining fee and required monthly dues; 3. keeping all required contact information current and on file with the Recording Member; 4. reviewing monthly and year-end Raines Park reports, including financial and tax-information report; 5. share in the operating responsibilities of the platform; and 6. participate in regularly scheduled Member meetings.

Once you are invited to become and have accepted membership, you can begin paying monthly dues the next month (or after you pay the Member fee of $500/the first installment of $250). The dues will go towards investments, operating costs, and platform activities.

Member Fee: $500 (can be paid in two $250 installments over a three-month period) Member Dues: $100/month As a Raines Park Member, you can choose to pay the $500 Member fee as one payment, or split the fee into two payments over time. The first half of the payment will be required upon membership acceptance and the remaining half shall be paid at the next due date, not to exceed three months after joining. For example, if you become a Member in November, 2020 and choose to pay $250 of the $500 Member fee, the remaining balance of $250 will be paid on the monthly dues date in February, 2021. Note: Monthly dues are not required for the month(s) preceding the Member fee. For example, if the Membership fee was paid in full ($500) in the month of November, you are not required to pay Member dues in December (if you choose to pay, the amount will be added to your Membership percentage). If you have chosen to pay your fee in the two $250 installments, you will not have to pay Member dues following the months after the Member fee payment. For example, if you paid the Member fee in November and February, you are not required to pay the monthly Member dues for the months of December and March (understand you may have a lower Member percentage than others who opted to pay monthly dues and/or the fee in full).

Absolutely! In fact, we will have monthly educational bites where all Members will research, track, and share investments they feel are beneficiatl to the platform.

Not all. It is a requirement that every Member handle operational procedures, meet monthly, participate in voting, submit Stock Studies and participate in pertinent educatioanl investing activities sponsored by or in collaboration with Raines Park, dialogue with and network with like-minded individuals who share in the Raines Park mission and vision. You are not required, but are highly encouraged to: 1. Take courses and trainings on your own that will help expand your knowledge of investing within the Black community. 2. Travel with other Raines Park Members for club socio-cultural events. 3. Invest more than what is required regarding the Member fee and dues.
